Welcome to Sevenoaks Stud, a family-run stud farm nestled in the heart of Shropshire, dedicated to breeding Irish Draught horses and their part-breds.

 

At the heart of our breeding program is Greylands Prince Philip, an exciting young stallion who is rapidly capturing the hearts of horse enthusiasts and breeders alike.

Standing at stud, Prince Philip embodies the best traits of the Irish Draught breed. With a striking presence and a trainable temperament that any breeder would admire. His temperament that is gentle yet spirited, making him the perfect sire for both aspiring competitive horses and beloved companions.

What truly sets Prince apart is his remarkable lineage. He carries the bloodline of the rarely represented Woodranger (RID 24), tracing back to the esteemed foundation line of 1898. As one of the few stallions standing today that connects directly to this precious heritage, Prince is a unique opportunity for breeders looking to enrich their stock with invaluable genetics.

In addition to our emphasis on responsible breeding practices, we also occasionally have youngstock for sale.
